Chocolate Cabernet Torte: our moist and rich chocoalte sponge cake soaked with a cabernet reduction layered with cabernet buttercream and fudgey chocolate ganache.

Sour Cream Lemon Cake: seriously super dense and moist lemon cake iced with cream cheese frosting.

Tarts 
Peach Crumb Tart: short dough crust stuffed with homemade peach filling and topped with oat crumble.

Coconut Cream Tart: sweet and creamy coconut filling in a flakely short dough crush topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

Cheesecakes
Strawberry Cheesecake: buttery graham cracker crust filled with a very strawberry-liscious batter.  Garnished with fresh strawberries (Berry Patch Farm ones when available).
